Ownership of the ISO Brand

“ISO” and all associated names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, designs, graphics, artwork, product names, slogans, and branding elements used in connection with ISO clothing and related products are the exclusive property of ISO and its owners. No person or entity may use, reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, display, exploit, or create derivative works from any ISO intellectual property without the express prior written consent of ISO. Any unauthorized use shall constitute infringement and may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including claims for injunctive relief, damages, profits, attorneys’ fees, and any other available remedies.”
